The last twelve months has been productive for both development and agricultural land sales at Joyce Clarke with sales negotiated right across the six counties.

Libby Clarke heads this busy section up, and has 25 years experience in dealing with these type of transactions. She is in contact with developers and farmers on a daily basis, and is also very involved in the RUAS and Balmoral Show where she has been on Council for many years. During this time Libby was Chairman of the Vision Group which saw Balmoral Show move to its new location outside Lisburn, and also was Director of the Trading Company. Currently she holds a number of positions including Vice Chair of both Cattle committee and Show Stewards committee.
